The Equiton Residential Income Fund Trust specializes in acquiring undervalued Canadian multi-residential properties with identifiable value creation opportunities which can be realized through insightful active management. The Apartment Fund also invests in a limited number of multi-residential developments to help ensure a cost-effective property acquisition pipeline.
