Pinnacle Wealth Brokers Inc. (Pinnacle Wealth) is searching for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and motivated individual in a Dealing Representative role in Canada. As a Dealing Representative at Pinnacle Wealth, you will be in a unique position to capitalize on Pinnacles extensive shelf of private capital offerings and proprietary public offerings, while working with a variety of experienced portfolio managers and industry experts to better serve the needs of Canadian investors.

 

As a Dealing Representative your role will involve strategic business development, with a core focus on growing and maintaining investor relationships, while ensuring compliance with all applicable securities regulations. The successful candidate will manage ongoing client relationships, market private capital and public offerings, and manage the delivery of investment management and insurance services to clients and prospects.

Core Accountabilities

 

  • Devise and execute strategies aimed at expanding investor networks tailored to accommodate our growing portfolio of private and public investment, and insurance opportunities.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of investor eligibility and Canadian regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate proficiently with both existing and potential clients, addressing client suitability and risk/return models within the exempt market, and insurance.

  • Ensure alignment with corporate procedures and compliance policies that dictate client eligibility for financial services.

  • Thorough understanding of Pinnacle Wealth’s product and service offerings through all lines of business.

 

Qualifications and Soft Skills

 

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook

  • Technical aptitude which provides the ability to quickly pick up new software.

  • Well organized with the ability to work with a high level of independence.

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Exempt Market Proficiency Course (EMP) (can be obtained before the start date)

  • Insurance licence is a plus.

  • Proficiency with any CRM is a plus.

 

Compensation

Pinnacle Representative compensation is 100% commission based with uncapped upside.
