Founded in 2006, we are one of Canada’s first Exempt Market Dealers having raised over 1.25 billion of Private Capital. Today we are a fully integrated financial services firm offering exempt market investments paired with our discretionary portfolio management service, affording choice to fit changing client needs.
Our structure allows our Public Portfolio Managers and our Private Market Specialists to work hand in hand in creating a diversified portfolio for each unique client. We’re proud of our roots but remain agile in the face of change as we continuously seek to bring Private Capital to all Canadian investors.
